Your journal itself is only on your phone. To delete it, clear the app's data or uninstall the app.
If you used Claude reflections, we hold an account linked to your Google or Apple sign-in. To delete it, open Settings in the app and tap Delete account. It's deleted straight away. Or email voicejournal@potenco.com.au from the address you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my account".
We keep one thing: a one-way hash of your account ID, so the free welcome credit is only given once. It can't be turned back into your ID or email.
What gets deleted: your account ID, your email address, your credit balance, your purchase and reflection ledger, and your Circle memberships. Assumptions you sealed in a Circle were never linked to you, so they stay with that round until it's deleted, 7 days after it closes. Requests by email are handled within 30 days. Unused credit is forfeited when the account is deleted.
What we keep: nothing, apart from records Google Play or the App Store keeps of your purchases under its own policy.
